Named one of the top sports bars in Dallas, Frankie's is a great place to watch bowl games and enjoy great food and drinks with friends. Watch all the bowl games on one of 30 HDTV's, play pool or video games, or just enjoy the atmosphere. Wednesdays feature $3 well drinks; Thursdays, $3 Margaritas; Saturdays & Sundays from open – 3pm enjoy $2 Mimosa's and $3 Tequila Sunrise as well as a weekend brunch. FREE Admission!
Victory Park, American Airlines Center
If you're looking for a great place to ring in the New Year, then Big D NYE is for you! Live band performances begin at 6PM, and the Dr. Pepper Fireworks Extravaganza will ring in the New Year at midnight. Admission is FREE and only requires a wristband. Wristbands will be available at the American Airlines b0x office and at a number of Tom Thumb grocery stores in the Dallas area. It is recommended that wristbands be picked up in the days prior to New Year's Eve. Only a limited number of wristbands will be available that night.

Cowboy Concert: 9:00pm - Gilley's Dallas - 1135 S. Lamar, downtown Dallas (just a few blocks from Eddie Dean's)
The OSU Alumni Association invites all alumni and fans to the Cotton Bowl Cowboy Corral on Friday, Jan. 1, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at The Ranch on I-30 at Lamar St. in Downtown Dallas.
Authentic Texas barbecue will be cooking and Cowboy pride overflowing as we celebrate our team's record fourth-straight bowl appearance and look forward to a victory over Ole Miss!
Tickets are only $35 for adults, $25 for children ages three to six and free to children two and under. Your ticket includes a Texas-sized menu as well as tea, lemonade, coffee, soft drinks or water. Adult beverages will be available for purchase.
At 9 p.m., the Dallas OSU Alumni Chapter invites you to the Cotton Bowl Cowboy Concert with Stillwater band No Justice at Gilley's a few blocks south of The Ranch. Tickets are only $15 and available only to those ages 21 and older.

Hyatt Regency Dallas, main lobby (beginning at Reunion Tower escalator)
The Road Rally tradition is coming to Dallas! Cowboys Stadium is not conducive to welcome the team off the bus at the stadium. Therefore, the Road Rally will be held in the main lobby of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, beginning at the Reunion Tower escalator. The OSU Pep Band will lead the rally beginning at 10:00AM. All fans are encouraged to join us as we send the OSU Cowboy football team and coaches off to victory.
Saturday, January 2: OSU Pep Rally
Miller Lite Plaza – Cowboys Stadium, Arlington
Miller Lite Plaza Hours: 10AM – 1PM
Come to the Miller Lite Plaza, at the East end of Cowboys Stadium, for your fill of pre-game activities. Try your hand at games on the interactive football field and interactive Locker Room Lounge, and enter for your chance to win prizes. Fletcher's corn dogs, tacos, and beverages will be available for purchase; big screens will be showing OSU football highlights; and listen to the sounds of the Emerald City band.
Please note that your game ticket will be scanned for access to the Miller Lite Plaza. If you wish to exit the Miller Lite Plaza back into the parking lot, you must have your ticket scanned out.
OSU Pep Rally: 11:15AM – 11:30AM
The OSU Pep Rally will begin at 11:15AM on the stage. Larry Reece, Voice of the Cowboys will emcee the event; the OSU Marching Band and Spirit Squad will perform; and Walt Garrison and T. Boone Pickens will be the featured speakers.

GETTING AROUND DALLAS
Use the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) for your transportation needs in downtown Dallas. The DART provides convenient access between the team hotels, the West End, Deep Ellum, and many other areas. The Hyatt Regency stop is Union Station, just a short walk through a tunnel in the basement of the hotel; the Sheraton stop is Pearl Street, just across the street from the North lobby of the hotel. Day passes are available for $4.00 and allows passengers unlimited rides in the local area until 3AM the following day. The Downtown Dallas Destinations map shows downtown Dallas attractions and their corresponding DART stops.

Cotton Bowl Rodeo
The MCR (Mesquite Championship Rodeo) on December 30th is the Cotton Bowl Rodeo. Doors open at 6:30PM, show starts at 7:30PM. Fans wearing their school colors will get in for $10.00 and $5.00 for kids.

New Year's Parade The Comerica Bank New Year's Parade provides a family-friendly New Year's event in the Metroplex and celebrates the revitalization of Downtown Dallas. The parade begins at 2:30PM and the parade route is Ross Ave. from Harwood to Lamar, to Houston, ending at All-Star Way next to the American Airlines Center. Both the Oklahoma State and Ole Miss bands and spirit squads will be part of the parade.
